Pavion Homes, a mixed use development, was granted a negative declaration and preliminary site plan and subdivision approval by the Nyack Planning Board on March 2.

The project will redevelop an unused industrial site just West of Downtown Nyack. It will provide a mix of flats, townhouses, live/work units, and retail space. Based on reports provided by the developer’s representatives, and reviewed by the Village’s staff and consultants, the Board found that there was little or no impact on drainage, traffic, or other areas of environmental concern.

The project next goes to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
