Redevelopment of gas station site at the intersection of two county highways with a 7-Eleven convenience store with gas pumps. The site is constrained by an electric transmission easement, limiting the available building area.

While the convenience store is allowed by right, the gas pumps required a special permit from the ZBA. Bulk variances were also needed.
