A new industrial park consisting of two buildings on 9.4 acres adjacent to New York State Route 45 and the New York State Thruway. One building will be divided and rented to various tenants for flex space/warehouse use. The other will be occupied and used by one of the owners for its food processing and packaging facility. Each building will have approximately 82,000 sf of indoor space (including mezzanines).
