Redevelopment of existing office/retail mixed use building to add a third floor for additional offices. The parcel is to be expanded to provide more parking for the building.

In initial meetings, the Planning Board expressed concerns about the internal traffic circulation layout. It feared that the parking lot would be used as a short cut around a signalized intersection at NY Route 59. Working with Ramapo’s CDRC, three options for alternative layouts were presented to the Board, which selected the one preferred by the applicant.
