272 residential units for market-rate, active adult and volunteer housing, on the 63 acre site of a decommissioned quarry. The residential portion will require approximately 18 acres. The remainder, including the quarry pit, will be used for flood control for the nearby Mahwah River and as parkland for the Village of Suffern. Approvals include creation of a new zoning district, subdivision, site plan and full environmental impact statement.
