Nyack, NY
A multi-phase residential project to be constructed on a rehabilitated brownfields site adjacent to the Hudson River. The project will consist of three buildings containing 131 housing units (flats and townhouses) on a 6.68 acre site (of which 3.68 acres are above the mean high water line). Amenities include underground parking for residents of the project and of the adjacent Clermont Condominiums, grade level public parking, a swimming pool for residents of the project, a cafe, and a riverfront park. The underground parking garage will be shielded from view by townhouses. Townhouses will also help to create a step-back from the street lines to mitigate the visual mass of the buildings.
Care has been taken, in compliance with local requirements, to maintain and enhance visual corridors to the Hudson River.
No variances are required.
