Within the past few weeks, we obtained final approvals for three different projects.

The Hillburn Planning Board granted final site plan approval for the Salomone Redi-Mix proposal to reconfigure the former Hudson Technologies building into a redi-mix cement plant. In addition, we closed on the purchase from the Town of Ramapo.

Pavion Homes was granted final approval for 135 units of multi-family housing by the Nyack Planning Board on the former site of the Pavion Cosmetics factory in downtown Nyack.

The Ramapo Planning Board gave final approval to the Summit Park Hospital subdivision and site plan on September 1, barely four days after the Ramapo ZBA granted needed variances. The approvals pave the way for the sale of the county-owned hospital and nursing home to a private operator.
